Product availability and prices
Bare Brush will attempt to make the product and quantities advertised on this site available at all times. However this cannot always be guaranteed and Bare Brush will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of your checkout. The customer will be notified as soon as possible when this occurs and advised on what to do to solve this problem. Bare Brush’s prices are subject to change without notice. Bare Brush reserves the right to refuse or terminate/cancel orders when there has been website malfunction or error such as technical difficulty or an incorrect price being displayed. Notification to the customer will be facilitated immediately after this has been notified to us and any payment already received from the customer will be refunded.
All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.
Any products purchased outside of the advertised time frame set out by Bare Brush will not be eligible for the promotional price. Where there is no promotion period specified, the relevant promotion will end when it is discontinued on Bare Brush’s platforms.

Bare Brush does not represent themselves as a doctor/physician and nor is this implied. Whiteness from bare bristles will vary from person to person and will be different depending on the structure of ones teeth, the number of times it is being used or the duration of time on each session. The results of these products are not guaranteed by Bare Brush . Teeth whitening may not be uniform due to the difference in people’s teeth and Bare Brush is not liable for any unexpected results. Whitening fades with time and a regular keep up is recommended in order to maintain white teeth. Whitening products will not whiten dental work such as veneers, crowns, bridges or cavities. By placing an order through Bare Brush you accept all risks associated with the products, you agree that Bare Brush will not be held liable for any unexpected results, or complications that may arise as result of the product.
Allergies to the bare bristles is very rare. Consult with your doctor if you had itchy gum or throat, nasal allergies and sneezing, redness and rashness when the bare bristle is rubbed on your skin. It remains the user’s responsibility to ensure you are not allergic to ANY of the ingredients inside our products or the ‘bare bristles’ before using.
Shipping and handling information
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Untracked postage is an uninsured delivery service and won’t have tracking information.
Tracked postage means the package is tracked through to delivery.
Bare Brush does not take responsibility for any un-tracked international parcels that go missing. Use of non-traceable shipping is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of Duty & VAT, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email email@example.com to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.
Bare Brush will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked standard shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.

Taxes, duties and/or VAT
There may be Taxes, Duties and/or VAT applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Bare Brush . If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office.
Results will vary greatly from person to person, depending on the type of teeth or conditions of teeth/stains the user has. It may take a number of months to completely rid your teeth of tough stains.
Also, due to the nature of the brush, literally, you MAY witness the occasional bristle liberating itself from the handle (this is very rare). That’s because we don’t use glue. Only pressure and bamboo’s natural silhouette secures the bristles into the brush. However if the bristles are falling off in a defective manner, then we are able to refund.
Bare Brush will offer a refund within 30 days and only for defective items. Bare Brush will cover the cost of shipping only if the item is returned via regular postage. An item returned via express is the responsibility of the user and a partial refund of only the actual regular mail will be refunded. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of this.
If an item has a defect and needs to be returned, you must first email email@example.com and describe your problem.
